What is your return/exchange policy? – Any Un-opened, Non-electrical, Non-Special Order parts may be returned with a
25% restocking fee. Due to the fact that our parts are backed by anywhere between a 90 day to up to 1 year manufacturer’s
warranty, we cannot take back any electrical or opened parts.
What is your Special Order policy? – You are not required to pay for the order at that time. You will only be charged at the
time of pick up after you have confirmed that the part is the correct one and is in new and un-damaged condition.
Do my parts have a warranty? – All our parts are brand new manufacturer parts that are supported by anywhere between a
90 day to 1 year manufacturer warranty depending on the part. If your part fails within its warranty period, simply bring it
back to us along with your appliance’s model and serial numbers and we will exchange it for you at no charge to you.
If parts need to be ordered for my appliance for a service call, will I be charged another service/diagnostic fee when the
technician comes back? – No. Even if parts are not available for a same day repair, you will still only pay the labor and
parts quoted to you at the time of diagnosis if you utilize our repair services. A deposit of the initial service call + half the
retail price of the parts needed will be required at the time of initial diagnosis which will be credited toward your final estimate
at the time of completion of the repairs.
Can I have service for more than one appliance at a time? – Yes. However, if you do not choose to repair every appliance
examined, you will still be responsible for the service/diagnostic fee for the other appliance(s) diagnosed.
How long is my service guaranteed? – Our labor is guaranteed for 30 days. If your problem persists, we will return to re-
diagnose at no extra charge to you within that time period. You will still be responsible for the cost of any additional parts and
labor required for your unit.
Why do you charge a service/diagnostic fee when other companies don’t? – Actually there is no such thing as a “free
service call”. Companies that claim to offer a “free service call with repair” will still charge you a trip fee if they are not able
to repair your unit. The key words are “with repair”.
Do you accept checks? – Yes, we accept both personal and business checks. We will require a valid in-state Driver’s License
and phone number recorded on the check. There is a $50.00 Non-Sufficient Funds processing fee on ALL returned checks. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Any returned checks that are not paid within 30 days will be submitted to the District Attorney’s Office for
further action.
